Returns & Exchanges
We would like to make our customers aware of the fact that for all returns, exchanges and refunds of any products that have not been purchased directly from www.galleryod.com customers must contact the reseller and not Gallery Od directly.
Returns
For sterling silver jewelry you are able to request a return within 14 days from the delivery date for all countries except Armenia*. For all other types of purchases (accessories, non sterling silver or solid gold jewelry) you can request a return within 14 days from any country. In order for the return to be successful, the product should be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. You have a further 14 days from when authorized to physically send back the return.
* According to the consumer rights protection law of RA (23/ 9) some products including precious metals jewelry (sterling silver and 14k/ 18k/ 22k gold) or jewelry with precious stones are not refundable.
Please contact contact@galleryod.com before posting back the package in order to obtain a Return Authorization number and the relevant information in order to complete the process.
During the sales period, the purchase of sale items will be final. Therefore we will be unable to process any refunds or exchanges.
Gold jewellery, engraving and special orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances worldwide. Earrings and piercings are not exchangeable or refturnable because of hygiene and safety concerns.
Please note that the customer will have to pay for any costs that may incur when shipping the product back to Gallery.Od.

Exchanges
We understand that some customers would like to exchange a product for a different size or design. As such, we will exchange it as long as the product is sent back within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, the customer will have to pay for any fees that shipping back to Gallery.od would incur in.
After having contacted our customer services team, all returns and exchanges should be shipped back to the following address:

Refunds
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods. We will process your refund within 72 hours of receipt of your return. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
Cancellation
Please note that you can cancel the order only within 24 hours from the date of receiving confirmation of your purchase. Please note that all fees charged by the third parties (Shopify, Paypal) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
