Gift Card Policy
Purchase & Redemption
- Gift cards are available for purchase in-store and online.
- They can be redeemed for any product available in our shop
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Expiration & Validity
- Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- After the expiration date, the remaining balance will be forfeited.
Lost or Stolen Cards
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
- A lost card cannot be replaced or refunded.
Balance & Partial Payments
- If the purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
- If the purchase is less than the gift card balance, the remaining amount will stay on the card for future use.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items purchased using a gift card follow our standard exchange policy.
Restrictions
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- Discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards may not apply to gift card purchases.
Custom & Corporate Gift Cards
- Custom-branded or bulk gift cards for corporate gifting are available upon request.
