Shipping Information

Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order. Then, as soon as your payment is fulfilled and package is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number for your order.

Shipping Rates

As we ship WORLDWIDE all the shipping rates are calculated based on the products weight and country of shipment. Shipping rates are calculated on the checkout page of your order. Below are the estimates for the countries: 

Custom Duties

On orders from countries outside the Armenia, Import duty applies over a certain value. This is a tax that the recipient has to pay as an importer in order to bring foreign goods into his or her country. The amount to be paid depends on the type of goods and where they come from. In the event that this fee is not paid by the recipient, customs will not release the package and will send it back to the us. For more information regarding customs duties, we advise our customers to get in touch with their country’s Revenues and Customs office.
Please note that all silver and gold pieces proceed customs inspection and documentations before shipment. You will receive tracking number only when the parcel left customs. Please also not that almost all parcels exceeding 100gr are custom inspected.
