Gift Card Policy

Purchase & Redemption

• Gift cards are available for purchase in-store and online.
• They can be redeemed for any product available in our shop
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Expiration & Validity

• Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• After the expiration date, the remaining balance will be forfeited.

Lost or Stolen Cards

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
• A lost card cannot be replaced or refunded.

Balance & Partial Payments

• If the purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
• If the purchase is less than the gift card balance, the remaining amount will stay on the card for future use.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items purchased using a gift card follow our standard exchange policy.
  

Restrictions

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• Discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards may not apply to gift card purchases.

Custom & Corporate Gift Cards

• Custom-branded or bulk gift cards for corporate gifting are available upon request.
